**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking a Field Technician to join our operations team. You’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our mobile security towers and surveillance equipment. This role requires a mechanically inclined, self-motivated individual with field experience in low-voltage electronics, computer networking, and mobile equipment servicing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Install, service, and maintain security towers on job sites.

Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on surveillance systems and power units (gas, diesel, or solar).

Build and wire enclosures for electronics and surveillance gear.

Carry out preventative maintenance and on-site repairs.

Manage and track service reports, parts used, and time logs.

Safely operate power tools and shop equipment for tower assembly.

Coordinate tower delivery, setup, and pick-up as required.

Communicate effectively with clients on site to address issues and ensure satisfaction.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**

3+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.

Knowledge of video surveillance systems and computer networking (wired and wireless).

Understanding of low-voltage DC wiring and basic electronics.

Comfortable working with diesel or gas-powered generators and solar equipment.

Ability to use hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.

Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred**

Previous experience with CCTV, AI surveillance, or mobile security towers.

Technical certification in electronics, networking, or related fields.

Pay: $17.85-$52.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
