Calgary, Canada Alliance Construction Safety Solutions Full time

Are you a safety professional with a deep understanding of Alberta OHS legislation, COR safety programs, and a strong grasp of digital safety tools? We’re looking for a **Client Safety Adviser (Contractor)** to provide hands-on support to clients across Calgary.

This is a contract-based role starting at **80 hours per month**, with the potential to **increase to 160 hours per month** based on performance and client demand. Ideal for a self-motivated safety advisor who values flexibility, fieldwork, and technology-driven safety solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on **Alberta Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) legislation** compliance.
- Build, maintain, and enhance **COR-certified safety programs**.
- Perform **program audits** using both field inspections and digital tools.
- Travel to client offices, job sites, and field locations to conduct site visits, safety meetings, and consultations.
- Use and support client adoption of **digital safety platforms** (e.g., SiteDocs, eCompliance, SafetySync, etc.).
- Conduct incident investigations and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist with hazard assessments, training documentation, and continuous safety improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong working knowledge of **Alberta OHS legislation** and applicable codes.
- Hands-on experience with **COR safety programs** and compliance audits.
- Proficient with **digital safety systems and audit tools**.
- Must have **reliable transportation** and be comfortable commuting between client locations.
- Gst Number or desire to attain.
- Wcb account or desire to attain.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications such as **CRSP, NCSO, CHSC**, or equivalent are preferred, or the desire to work towards attaining either.
