- Engage in conversation with clients to establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain and grow business relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Identify and solicit potential clients.
- Provide logical explanations for prospective clients when presenting and promoting services.
- Provide clients with a thorough assessment of their needs, assist in selecting the appropriate services, and negotiate sales terms.
- Customize services according to client requirements.
- Utilize comprehensive understanding of current immigration programs to encourage clients to choose us as their immigration firm of choice.
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Reach out to clients leads through cold calling.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
- Organize and implement market research to produce relevant information.
- Meet with prospects and gather information.
- Answer client’s queries about services.
- Stay updated with knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and immigration law
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Skill & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in immigration field would be an asset.
- Driver licence will be an asset.
- Strong ability to organize and coordinate work.
- Excellent communication skills.
