**THE POSITION**

Reporting to the Manager of Sales, as a Stampeders Sales Executive you will be responsible for season ticket sales, game-packs, group tickets, premium products and engaging with a variety of community-based and corporate partners.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Identifying and prospecting new clients;
- Making sales calls and qualifying clients leading to potential sales opportunities;
- Scheduling meetings as needed and conducting presentations of season ticket products;
- Providing superior and professional customer service;
- Performing game-day duties as required and also hosting/entertaining clients;
- Attending assigned community events promoting tailored ticket offers;
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned;
- Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals;
- Performing related duties as assigned.
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
- All other duties as assigned.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- One to three years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment;
- Must be customer-focused and driven with the ability to build and maintain client relationship;
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment;
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Strong sales processes, from first engagement to close of sale;
- Ability to learn quickly and receptive to new ideas and processes;
- Facility with computerized systems, including commitment to maintaining computerized records of all touchpoints with clients and prospects with our CRM system;
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills;
- Flexible to meet changing work needs and demands;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

**This position will remain open until 3:00pm Wednesday, August 20th, 2025.**
