**Job Summary**:

- Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times while working
- Accurately troubleshoot failures on plumbing and HVAC equipment in a commercial and light industrial setting
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks at customer sites around Calgary and Southern Alberta
- Create and maintain strong customer focused relationships with our clients
- Complete site repairs and service work with efficiency and precision and provide quotes for clients for repairs found outside of current scope
- Plan and manage small plumbing projects from conception to completion

**Job Requirements**:

- Journeyperson plumbing ticket preferred, preference will be given to those with HVAC experience
- 3-5 years troubleshooting/repairing plumbing/HVAC equipment in a commercial/industrial service environment
- A valid Class 5 Alberta Operator’s license with clean 5-year abstract is required
- Ability to work with mínimal direct supervision, while upholding company values, and meeting customer expectations
- Ability to identify a problem and be a solution maker
- Ability to review work orders that include identification of the problem, determine required services and pick up replacement parts
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships and commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- A professional work ethic and attitude
