**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare steel roll-off containers for painting, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Paint containers according to company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly yard, performing regular maintenance tasks as required.
- Carry out various labor-intensive tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
- Occasionally handle heavy lifting, demonstrating your physical fitness and strength.
- Work primarily outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions, including rain.
- Ensure you have reliable transportation to and from work as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting and outdoor work.
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting purposes.
- Prior experience in a similar labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
