**Why is this role important**

Our Service Clerk colleagues help to provide a great experience for our customers by ensuring carts remain remain available for them in the lobby. Service Clerks may also occasionally be called for carry-out service, assisting our customers to their cars with big/bulky items. PLEASE NOTE: this position is a physically demanding role that requires constant movement for the full length of shift. This role requires working outdoors during all weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat).

**What you’ll do**
- Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

- Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
