Here at Hologic, we are seeking a talented **Surgical Sales Specialist (SSS)** to join our **Breast & Skeletal Health division** (**BSH**) specifically, our **Breast Surgery** portfolio in **Calgary/Vancouver, Canada**.

Surgical Sales Specialists at Hologic are responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Breast Surgery solutions to healthcare professionals. You will do this by exceeding sales targets, foster long-term relationships with clients, educate healthcare professionals on our products and clinical outcomes. To be successful you must have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
**Knowledge**
- You will exemplary commercial acumen enabling you to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders contributing to Hologic’s growth and mission.
- You will understand how to navigate CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts and ensure accurate data.
- You will have the financial acumen to establish and control territory operation budgets.
- You will gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing and strategies to inform sales tactics.
**Skills**
- We want to see your proven, successful track record in sales/marketing ideally within the healthcare/medical device industry.
- Providing daily in-person case support for our products in a clinical setting.
- Partnering with marketing to create & implement promotional programs for targeted regional customers & decision makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical support, to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

**We do have some minimum expectations to join as a Surgical Sales Specialist**:
- B.A/B.S from an accredited university or college in Business, Life sciences, or a related field.
- Extensive driving during workdays and occasional evenings, with a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel overnight (2-3x/week) extensively within the assigned territory.
- Physical capability to lift a 25-pound piece of equipment.
