**The Marina Restaurant is looking for a Second Cook**

As a Cook and key member of our kitchen team, you will work in the award-winning Marina Restaurant, situated on stunning Oak Bay Marina in the culinary capital of Vancouver Island. **We are looking for someone with**:

- a passion for providing unforgettable guest experiences
- who thrives in a team environment
- an enthusiastic team member to work in a fast-paced, fun setting
- two years experience in a busy kitchen setting
- ability to work with limited supervision
- excellent knife & Food prep skills (ideally Food Safe Level 1)

**Education and Technical Skills**:

- Line cook experience, Red Seal certification an asset.
- Knowledge of soups, stocks, sauces, dressing, vegetables and starches.
- Understanding of front of house operations and functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
