**Collision Repair Estimator**

**Must have working knowledge with estimating software such as, Mitchell, Autatex, Alldata, Bodyshop, Progi.**

**We are looking for a candate who has experience with Insurance estimating and selling collison repair jobs to customers.**

**You must have Knowledge of Insurance procedures and requirements ( DRP ).**

**Automotive Knowledge, experience sourcing and ordering parts.**

**Excellent customer service skills, you will be dealing with customers, adjusters and car rental stores.**

**I-car certification welcome**

**Must have a valid drivers license.**

**Responsibilities**
- Estimate costs for automotive collision repairs based on labor, parts, and materials.
- Communicate with customers to explain repair estimates and answer any questions, communicate with adjustors regularly to keep them updated on completion of job.
- Work Hand in hand with our shop Supervisor to organize the jobs coming in and being delivered.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles to identify all necessary repairs and provide accurate assessments.
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure al work has been completed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess damages and determine repair methods.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
