About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or medical discipline such as Engineering, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, Statistics, Analytics, or another relevant major
- 1 + years of experience in a position creating insights from data and working with large datasets
- 1 + years of experience in general programming languages, especially SQL

- Proficiency in R, or Python
- Prior experience working with life sciences commercial, clinical, and real-world evidence datasets such as insurance claims data (diagnoses, procedures, physician/hospital data, pharmacy) or electronic health records (free-text analysis, lab results).
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

What will you be doing in this role?
- Create deep understanding and insights for our life sciences and healthcare customers
- Use various data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide customer deliverables.
- Collaborate with both clients and fellow team members to identify and implement solutions.
- Ensure accuracy of data analysis and customer deliverables.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to project stakeholders.

About the Team

This team works on Real World Data (RWD). You will work with US Healthcare Claims data, Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, and more. Internally, the team works with RWD Pre-sales, and ISD teams. Externally, the team works with Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences companies. Each project ranges from 4 - 12 weeks long. The team has a total of 34 people working on it. The technology stack consists of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Hours of work
- This is a full-time permanent position with the ability to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. or the following Canadian provinces Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Newfoundland and Labrador
- Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.
