**Position Summary**
We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Yard Helper** to join our team. The Yard Helper will assist with general yard duties, equipment organization, light maintenance, and support our drivers and mechanics to ensure the yard runs smoothly and safely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing trailers and equipment in the yard
- Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup
- Support drivers and mechanics as needed
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of units and materials around the yard
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Physically capable of performing manual labour and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must have **reliable transportation** (yard not easily accessible by public transit)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- **Class 5 Licence** preferred

**Schedule**:

- Cross-shift rotation with **every second weekend off**:

- **Day shift** hours

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Wage**: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- **Overtime pay**:

- **Benefits package** including:

**Flexible language requirement**: French not required.
