Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries, purchases and pawns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and storage areas
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, products, and industry trends

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of financial services and the ability to provide basic financial advice to customers is a plus

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
