Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
**Position Overview**:
**Schedule**:_Standard business hours Monday-Friday however, flexibility will be required for nights and weekends when large events are planned (grand finales, final tables, etc.)_

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and manage the company's social media strategy and campaigns
- Create a comprehensive social media plan and calendar for the year
- Establish new business profiles on all relevant social media platforms and ensure consistency of branding across all channels
- Develop and manage a social media budget
- Oversee, create and curate content for social media platforms including posts, images, and videos
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance data and use it to inform future campaigns and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and implement new ideas as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and customer support) to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Solid supervisory and coaching experience (lean, efficient team)
- Demonstrated proficiency in executing and managing paid ad campaigns on various social media platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
- Knowledge of social media analytics and experience using them to inform future campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with graphic design and video production is a plus
- Casino and/or hospitality experience would be considered an interesting asset

**Responsabilités**:
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et gérer la stratégie et les campagnes de médias sociaux de l'entreprise.
- Créer un plan et un calendrier complets des médias sociaux pour l'année.
- Établir de nouveaux profils d'entreprise sur toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux pertinentes et veiller à la cohérence de l'image de marque sur tous les canaux.
- Élaborer et gérer un budget pour les médias sociaux
- Superviser, créer et conserver le contenu des plateformes de médias sociaux, y compris les messages, les images et les vidéos.
- Surveiller les commentaires, les messages et les demandes de renseignements sur les médias sociaux et y répondre en temps opportun.
- Analyser les données de performance des médias sociaux et les utiliser pour informer les campagnes et stratégies futures.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles idées le cas échéant.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (telles que le marketing, les ventes et le support client) pour développer et exécuter des campagnes interfonctionnelles.
**Exigences**:
- Baccalauréat en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Solide expérience en matière de supervision et de coaching (équipe légère et efficace)
- Compétences démontrées dans l'exécution et la gestion de campagnes publicitaires payantes sur diverses plateformes de médias sociaux.
