**Job Overview**
Brainova Health Clinic is a new, boutique wellness clinic in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood. Our multidisciplinary team includes massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, psychotherapy, and psychological assessment. We deliver evidence-based, client-centred care that brings body and mind together in one clear, coordinated plan. We’re hiring an Acupuncturist to deepen our integrative offering and meet growing client demand.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform comprehensive intakes and design individualized treatment plans with clear goals and review points
- Deliver acupuncture within scope (e.g., TCM/orthopedic acupuncture, electro-acupuncture if trained) and, as appropriate, adjunct therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion
- Educate clients on practical home care, movement, and supportive lifestyle strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Jane; uphold informed consent, privacy, and safety standards
- Follow clean needle technique and infection-prevention protocols; manage treatment room readiness and supplies

**What we’re looking for**:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Eligible to work in Canada and able to operate as an independent contractor
- Commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice; strong clinical reasoning and charting
- Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills; punctual and organized
- Comfort using computer systems for booking, charting, and billing — we use Jane
- Skilled across core techniques (needling, cupping, gua sha; electro-acupuncture if trained) and able to tailor treatment to client goals

- Paperless charting in Jane with online booking and secure records
- In-house & online marketing support (Google Ads, social media, local outreach) to build a steady caseload

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
