Aesthetician/manager

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Aesthetician Duties:

- Facials and skincare Treatments: Perform various facial treatments tailored to clients skin types and concerns.
- Hair Removal: Provide non-permanent hair removal services, including waxing and depilatory treatments.
- Manicures and Pedicures: Deliver professional nail care services, including cleaning shaping, and polishing.
- Relaxation Massage: Offer relaxation massage to promote client well-being.

Client Consultations: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Managerial Duties:

- Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments and staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Oversee ordering and stocking of products and supplies.
- Customer Services: Ensure exceptional clients experiences and address any concerns promptly.
- Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services and operations comply with the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (CANB) regulations.

Qualifications:

- License/Certification: Certified Aesthetician licensed by the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick. (CANB) or equivalent. Can change license to CANB license if needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Aesthetics and nail care, with at least 1 year in a mangerial role.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetics services as permitted by New Brunswick regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of salon management software ( an asset).

Language: Proficiency in English ( required) ; French is an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
