**Position Overview**:
As a Baking Whiz, you'll be the driving force behind our bakery operation, churning out scrumptious treats that leave taste buds tingling and hearts content. From artisanal bread to decadent pastries, your passion for baking will shine through in every mouthwatering creation.

**Primary Duties**:

- Whip up a delightful assortment of baked goods that leave customers coming back for more.
- Follow recipes with precision, ensuring each batch is a masterpiece of flavor and texture.
- Keep a watchful eye on baking times and temperatures to achieve perfection every time.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen
- Delight customers with your warm smile and expert knowledge of all things baked.

**Job Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Baker, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience.
- A deep understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and the art of flavor fusion.
- Natural leadership abilities to inspire your baking comrades to greatness.
- Attention to detail that would impress even the most discerning pastry connoisseur.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where every day brings a new baking adventure.
