**Reports to: Supervisor, Operations Support**

Responsibilities Included but not limited to:

- Ensuring proper maintenance of fleet and keeping timely record of progress in the computer systems
- Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are current
- Industry reporting for senior management
- Enhance customer service experiences with CN Worldwide Distribution Services by communicating effectively with customers, vendors and terminals as well as collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordination and organization of the timely flow of customer orders to and from the facility
- Track, measure and report regularly the status of customer orders
- Oversee and execute the complete order handling process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency

**Job Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education
- Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or Finance/Accounting education a bonus
- Administrative/Customer Service experience an asset
- Transportation/Logistics experience an asset
- Must be willing to travel; Must have access to a vehicle
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to pass pre-employment Criminal Background Check
