**KEY RESPOSIBILITIES AS OUR SECURITY SYSTEM TECHNICIAN**:

- Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Educate clients on system operations and best practices.
- Working in various locations around Southern Vancouver Island from luxury homes to commercial properties.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid certification as an alarm installer in the Province of BC; **specifically you hold a Security System Technician (TQ) Certificate** under the Skilled Trades BC Act.
- Proven experience in alarm system installation, repair, and maintenance. We install primarily DSC Neo and Clare Alarm systems as our go-to brands.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with the latest security technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid BC driver’s license and clean driving record.
