**Your Role**

As a General Labourer, you’ll be the backbone of our construction team. Working under the direction of site supervisors and skilled trades, you’ll assist in all phases of jobsite operations, from site prep and material handling to demolition, cleanup, and tool support. Every day will offer variety, new skills, and a chance to contribute to meaningful builds throughout Calgary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with construction tasks including site setup, cleanup, and demolition
- Load, unload, and move materials using manual or powered equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
- Follow all site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsite
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks in all weather conditions
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required — we provide on-the-job training
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding labour (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work outdoors in various conditions
- Safety-conscious with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots required (other PPE provided)
- Ability to commute to different job sites within Calgary
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
