**The available position is Part-Time (1-3 Shifts Per Week, may lead to full-time). Must be available weekends.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _**You're passionate about shopping and supporting local**_ Our shoppers come to The Local Space for the stories behind the brand, their why's and the nitty gritty on local brands and products.
- _**You're a people person**_Customer Service is out #1 priority around here. It's important that when people come into The Local Space they feel different than when they walk into some chain store. You can strike up conversation, make recommendations, and ensure that every customer has fun when they walk through the doors.
- _**You're comfortable behind the camera**_ A lot of our shoppers find us through our social media channels, so you gotta be comfortable taking photos and making fun (maybe funny?) reels and TikToks.
- _**You can sling local goods like no tomorrow**_ You are comfortable recommending products and upselling products.
- _**You are a problem solver**_ When technology goes down, when we sell out of something, when there is a complaint, you are quick on your feet to come up with a solution that makes the customer leaving happy.
- _**You are flexible**_ You are able to work the cash desk, counting inventory, merchandising product on the floor, packing orders and making local gift boxes.

**YOU'D BE AWESOME FOR THIS ROLE IF**:

- You're full of positive energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed.

- You've worked in retail before.
