**Description**

Our Client is seeking an Intermediate Trainer to play a pivotal role in creating immersive and impactful learning experiences that drive organizational success. This position is centered on designing and delivering dynamic training solutions that engage learners and meet strategic goals. From developing interactive eLearning modules and visually compelling presentations to crafting concise quick-reference guides and microlearning videos, the Training Analyst ensures each learning asset resonates with its audience.

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday ONSITE with start time of 8:15 to 4:30. This includes a one hour lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 (7.25 hours/day). Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience developing computer-based training using Articulate 360. (3+ years)
- Experience as an Instructional Designer or e-learning Developer. (3+ years)
- Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (3+ years)
- Experience with a variety of learning/training concepts and principles, including knowledge of adult learning techniques. (3+ years)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 implementation projects including multiple Office 365 products and requirements. (3+ years)

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience developing computer-based training using Canva, or Murf.ai. (1+ year)
- Experience delivering training sessions via web-based interactive technology i.e. TEAMs. (3+ years)
- Experience developing and delivering training material for large and complex organizations. (2+ years)
- Experience in a project management role. (3+ years)
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP. (2+ years)
- Experience working on learning management systems. (3+ years)

- 6.5 Months with 1 possible 12-month extension
