**We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to assist a male client in their activities of daily living** in a home setting in North York area (Leslie and Steeles).**

**Scope and Responsibilities**
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Ensure client's safety by preventing falls, maintaining home safety, and using proper transfer techniques.
- Handle client weight and perform manual transfers
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, and daily routines.
- Offer social interaction and emotional support.
- Monitoring and reporting client condition to the Client Care Department

**Schedule**
- 9 and 12 hours (day shift)
- 3-4 days a week

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Diploma from an accredited institution
- NACC certificate if credentials were obtained from a private career college
- Has a valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Has a valid Mask Fit certificate
- Has the basic skills and knowledge in caregiving such as personal care techniques, infection control, and basic medical terms
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
