**Summary**:
The CSR/Dispatcher is the initial point of contact between the customer and field personnel. Receiving calls by telephone, the Dispatcher will troubleshoot to identify the cause of the customer’s concern.

The Dispatcher will efficiently schedule service work, clearly inform field personnel of the servicing work to be done and ensure field personnel has the required information to perform the work. The Dispatcher will also review accuracy and details of Technicians notes, all work performed by field personnel, including tracking the outcome and informing client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all communications with client and client satisfaction
- Dispatching Service Technicians
- Foster and maintain good relationships with operational team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify repeat issues and communicate internally to operations to resolve prior to client demand/dissatisfaction.
- Must be aware of daily service activities within team and communicate with clients regarding all scheduling details (arrival, departure, estimated duration, work to be performed, etc.)
- Maintain regular/periodic communication with each of your technicians to identify any failures or issues that may need to be communicated with client.
- Follow up communication to client at call completion to confirm work performed and ensure client satisfaction.
- Upon call completion, perform daily call closeout process
- Review accuracy of data and notes as provided by Tech.
- Approve and deliver call to accounting for billing.
- Hand-off to Tech Estimator for pricing and scope of work generation.
- Knowledge of all outstanding proposals for client when coordinating service activities.
- Track approved proposal flow from acceptance through scheduling to ensure no unnecessary delays in material procurement, scheduling, etc. to ensure timely delivery of service

**Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate professionally with the client, the office, and the Field Staff
- Ability to work under pressure and work with clients on a flexible schedule
- 2-3 years’ experience in HVAC and or facilities maintenance industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for the coordination of work
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to display understanding and confidence
- Maintain the capacity to work in a team setting.
