Looking for a reliable, hardworking Heavy Equipment Operator to join the team at this thriving and reputable gravel company.

**Job Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment used in earth moving operations including, but not limited to, excavator, dozer, loader, grader, articulated rock truck, roller compactor, water truck, and other equipment to support a variety of operations at job locations.
- Excavate and load rock and other materials into trucks for transport to appropriate locations.
- Monitor equipment and processes, ensuring equipment deficiencies and operational issues are reported clearly.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required including fueling, greasing, and parts lubrication.
- Conduct troubleshooting activities when problems arise.
- Complete Operator Checklists and Daily Log Books.

**Position Requirements**:

- Experience in operating an Excavator, Dozer, Loader and Articulated Rock Truck is required.
- Experience operating a Grader will be considered an asset.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
- Mining, Oil, and Gas or Heavy Industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Level 1 First Aid, H2S, PST or CST, and Ground Disturbance.
- Clean drug and alcohol test less than 30 days.
- Wage intensive for those who hold a Level 1 First Aid with Transportation Endorsement
