ZML Holdings Group Corporation is a real estate investment and management company with the head office in downtown Vancouver.

Our commercial property management team is seeking **Property Administrators.**

The position will be providing outstanding administrative services and will fully support to the Real Estate team, ensuring accurate administration of our commercial portfolio.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Head of the Department;
Supporting the Real Estate Team with administrative duties;
Drafting correspondence, contracts, forms, memos, and other documents when required, on tight deadlines and efficiently;
Preparing various materials for meetings, including the agenda, booking boardrooms, and supplying attendees with minutes and action plans following designated meetings;
Providing timely clerical support to managers;
Assisting the department with property insurance and property tax review;
Assisting with special projects when asked;
Assisting with gathering quotes and other information for maintenance and capital projects;
Dealing with tenants, Owners, and contractors/vendors;
Working on collecting rent and resolving arrears;
Completing monthly tenant chargebacks;
Maintaining inventories for the portfolio;
Following up on diverse leasing and property management issues, as directed.

**Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Completion of high school diploma is required;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a property administrator, with exposure to different types and sizes of commercial properties;
- English proficiency, spoken and written Mandarin is a must;
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is required;
- Familiarity with Yardi is an asset;
- Comfortable in new situations, ability to multitask and prioritize, detail oriented, and a proactive team player.”

**Salary depends on experience**

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
