Liftsafe Fall Protection, a member of the Liftsafe Group of Companies, is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to our team This individual will be responsible for overseeing all shipping/receiving activities at our 409 Harmony Road location.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Manage & coordinate all warehousing and transportation functions, including shipping and receiving inventory, management and daily warehouse operational and safety requirements.
- Oversee day to day direction of activities of the Warehouse Worker(s), including scheduling and assignment of work, safe handling of equipment and follow-up of work results while effectively communicating expectations and changes in work status.
- Maintain status of orders spreadsheet - used to coordinate installs and communication of order status.
- Requisition materials from picking slip for orders.
- Receive all materials ensuring that they match the packing slip.

Your qualifications include:

- Minimum High School or GED
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
- Valid forklift license
- Committed to meeting customer needs in a timely fashion
- Committed to remaining current on project knowledge
- Willing to improve or learn new skills, upgrade certifications as needed to best serve the business
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- You must have strong organizational, written, and communication skills
- You must be able to assign duties to others and make sure duties are carried out in a timely manner
- You must be able to resolve any issues with clients
- You must be proactive and flexible
- You must be accurate, detail-oriented, and must have the ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
