**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Veterinary Assistant / CSR** to join our team. In this role, you will support veterinarians in providing high-quality care to animals, ensuring their health and well-being. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced veterinary environment, including patient care and client communication.

**Key Duties**:

- Support veterinarians during exams and procedures by safely handling animals and preparing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic, including sterilizing instruments and keeping exam rooms tidy.
- Monitor hospitalized animals, noting any changes in behavior or health and reporting to the veterinarian.
- Provide compassionate, low-stress care to all animals during their stay.
- Manage front-desk responsibilities: answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients about services, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills & Qualities**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal clinic setting
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine love for animals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures in veterinary care
