About the role:
We are looking for a fantastic administrative professional who has the ability and passion to take an active role in the following areas:
Customer service: You will be the first person who welcomes our clients into the clinic. You represent our team and set the tone for the client experience in person and on the phone. By taking payments and making follow-up bookings you keep the business running.

Systems: Supporting the execution of existing automated and team strategies to run the front desk and the clinic with a high level of efficiency. You will use our systems to provide the best customer experience, the most supported environment for the therapists and the most enjoyable working experience for the administrative team. There is the opportunity to work with the leadership team to develop systems further to improve this experience for all.

Marketing: We are a thriving, growing practice. The administrative team assists with putting together marketing materials, monitoring and adjusting our automated systems and maintaining connections with the administrative teams of other health and fitness providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
