Job Description

London's Airport KIA is seeking a cheerful, well mannered and professional part-time Receptionist to join our team The hours will be evenings from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and every Saturday 7:45am to 5:00pm
- Greeting all incoming customers and visitors
- Help with directions or any appropriate information that is needed
- Maintaining a high level of company confidentiality and customer satisfaction
- Answering phone calls and redirecting those calls to respective departments
- Other tasks include processing payments, filing, handling and redirecting mail
- Conduct daily courteous calls regarding customer’s experience
- Other duties as required
**Job Requirements**:

- 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both customers and co-workers
