**For WEEKENDS only Saturday/Sunday**

**RAIN MEDI SPA & SALON- Toronto, ON**

Rain Medi Spa and Salon is a newly renovated five star spa with an amazing team and working environment. We have expanded our spa adding more treatment rooms as we are a growing and busy spa with a large clientele looking for a part-time qualified Spa Receptionist/Coordinator.

Ideally we are looking for someone with 3+ years experience working in a customer service environment or spa environment who has **great communication skills, good computer skills and knowledge and good customer service.** Duties will be related to customer service duties which include answering phones, cashing out clients, booking appointments, opening and/or closing the spa, selling retail and other tasks when needed.

Flexibility in terms of availability is an asset, we are hiring for weekends only. **Must be available on Saturdays AND Sundays.**

- Background in Spa industry
- Great at Retail & Customer Sales
- Smart-served or able to obtain smart serve
- Microsoft Office Knowledge

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Leadership
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in sales
- Worked with Booker (Mind & Body) / Millennium Program

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2N 3B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
