**Schedule**: 3 days a week, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**About Us**:
At Mortgage Intelligence, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients in the mortgage industry. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized part-time Office Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, determine the purpose of callers, and respond appropriately.
- Perform administrative tasks including copying, filing, faxing, and maintaining paper records.
- Conduct light cleaning and organization of the office to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Assist with any other responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
- Strong grammar and spelling skills are a must.
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Pay**: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.

**Work Location**: In-person
