**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster strong relationships within the school community.
- Support children with special needs by adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends.

**Experience**
- A certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks and communication purposes.
