Tutor Podium is a tuition platform in the Greater Vancouver Area specializing in tutoring Math, English, and Sciences for students from preschool to college level. We are currently seeking Science, Physics & Biology Tutor tutors to provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
- Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
- Teaching certification an asset
- Some experience teaching/tutoring at a Kindergarten to Grade 11 (or equivalent) level
- Good knowledge of the current BC curriculum

Responsibilities (Position Details):

- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and oral communication in English, coupled with the capability to effectively guide students' comprehension.
- Assess students' learning needs and create personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Filling in post-lesson notes
- Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times / Emotional maturity, reliability, and professionalism
