Evolve Hair Studio is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Guest Booking Coordinator/Reception Host. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Effectively manage guest appointments and bookings, utilizing our scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability to assist guests in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our talented hair stylists and staff to ensure smooth coordination of guest appointments and salon operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking necessary supplies and ensuring a visually appealing environment.
- Act as a problem solver, addressing guest concerns or complaints with empathy and finding appropriate resolutions
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Utilize computer systems and software effectively to input and retrieve guest information and support administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.( salon, spa or hotel)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Positive energy and a friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
- Punctuality and the ability to manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and guest inquiries simultaneously.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies, salon processes, and industry trends.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
