- Supporting vendors and guests with whatever they need—within reason, of course (we draw the line at foot rubs)
- Monitoring the space to ensure it stays clean and tidy
- Bartending, barback, and table service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Smart Serve is a must—this isn't your cousin's backyard barbecue)
- Helping maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Enforcing venue policies gently but firmly (think “friendly bouncer” energy)
- Assisting with locking up the venue post-event—including lights out, chairs stacked, and the occasional lost phone returned to its rightful owner

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in the event industry—experience is great, but not essential
- Evening and weekend availability is a must (this is when all the fun stuff happens)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
- A warm, professional demeanor—approachable, well-spoken, and ready to smile even when the timeline goes sideways
- Able to take direction, follow through with precision, and pivot when needed (figuratively, but also sometimes physically)
- Calm under pressure and ready to problem-solve on the fly (like a superhero, but with a clipboard)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Ability to lift/move furniture and be on your feet for extended periods

**Working Environment**:

- 100% indoors (no tents, bugs, or sunscreen needed)
- Some lifting, bending, and furniture wrangling required
