**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including houses, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure optimal functionality of the environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to maintain a safe workspace.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with facility users and address their needs.
- Experience in custodial or Residential or commercial cleaning environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting might be required during cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Proficient in using various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
