**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver individual and group support to children and youth to address coping, grief,

relationships, and mental wellness
- Provide parent support and resources
- Conduct face-to-face psychosocial assessments and implement treatment goals
- Lead therapeutic and psycho-educational groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support care plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Link families with community resources
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and in-service events
- Promote safety and follow agency procedures and standards

**Education, Qualifications and Certifications**
- Child and Youth Worker Diploma or Child and Youth Care Degree
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Eligibility for membership with Ontario Association of Child & Youth Care
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working alongside persons with ability differences
- Experience in life skills teaching, conflict resolution, and group facilitation
- Knowledge of prevention, intervention, and treatment strategies
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proof of immunizations or willingness to obtain
