CCW Inc. is looking for a full-time HR Generalist to provide Human Resources functions, including administration, payroll, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and health and safety.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll and benefits
- Manage attendance program
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and job descriptions
- New employee orientation, onboarding
- Liaison for company programs (tuition reimbursement for co-op programs)
- Support Performance Management program (documentation, workshops)
- Manage CCW co-op program for college and high school students
- Organize confidential Human Resources files / compliance
- Data entry of employee information in a confidential environment
- Event Planning (career / job fairs / community)
- Support employee development plans
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation
- Champion the Employee Handbook, including educating managers, communicating policies, and updating as needed
- Communication liaison
- Comply with the OHSA regulations as well as company H&S policies and procedures
- Other HR duties and administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years’ experience in an office environment, with manufacturing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise and professionally written communications
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to set and meet or exceed deadlines, schedules and goals
- Works effectively in a team environment with people from various disciplines to achieve goals and identify and resolve problems
- Manages confidential information in a discreet, appropriate and professional manner
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and Outlook

**Educational Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources.
- Working towards CHRL

Other Education/Certification/Training preferred: HRIS, First Aid, H&S experience
