**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians, to ensure comprehensive system functionality.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during installation or repair processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about plumbing issues and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with relevant certifications.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and HVAC.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
