We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time baristas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service:_ Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders, ensure customers needs are met, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and serve beverages:_ Operate coffee and espresso machines to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and specialty drinks. Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences.
- Food preparation:_ Use of the panini grill to heat assembled sandwiches, or other pastries if requested. Use of oven to bake pastries prepared by our in-house baker.
- Cash handling and POS operation: _Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cash drawer and balance sales at the end of each shift.
- Team collaboration:_ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and timely service. Assist with tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and assisting colleagues when needed.

**Qualifications**
- 1 year of barista experience is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with all customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of coffee and various beverage preparations is a bonus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
