Brandt is currently looking to fill a Pricing Analyst position in our Regina, SK location.

Brandt is a diverse manufacturing and distribution company that makes equipment for farmers, contractors, landscapers, loggers, manufacturers, miners, pipeliners, railways, roadbuilders, steelmakers and beyond. As part of our commitment to making our customers more productive and more profitable, we’re investing heavily in new product development. That commitment includes new facilities, including our multi-million dollar engineering center in Regina, Saskatchewan, new equipment, software, training and hiring personnel that help Brandt deliver value to its customer base.

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Support the Market Analyst position is responsible for providing research and analytical support. This individual is highly organized and analytical, is a strategic thinker and partners well with others to drive results.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Extract, manipulate and transform large data sets to regularly analyze the competitive landscape and identify new product opportunities
- Support the development/launch of new products across the organization and develop a good understanding of the product development process
- Analyze business questions, devise strategies, and evaluate results through the development of KPI Dashboards
- Become proficient with internal databases, processes, and systems

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of database analysis plus research and survey approaches
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent analytical, detail-orientated and communication skills
- Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Quantitative Economics/Math/Stats/Business/Engineering/Computer Science/Marketing)
- 1-3 years in an Analyst or role incorporating business decisions.
