**Position: Junior Accounting** Clerk
- **Type**:Full Time - Permanent
- ** Location**:970 Brock Rd, Pickering - in office training, with opportunity for hybrid once trained.
- Rapid City Transportation_ _o/b Autolux Ltd_._ has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for over 20 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers.

**We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career to join our amazing team of over 300 employees and adding to our exciting environment, based out of Pickering, Ontario.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Verify supplier invoices for accuracy
- Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies in charges
- Maintain organized filing system
- Assist with monthly invoicing procedures
- Contact customers to request payment or solve payment discrepancies
- Assisting with other tasks as required within the department
- Coordinate with internal departments as required

**Position Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working within a team and independent
