The Opportunity

As an Returns & Warranty Clerk, you are relied upon as an expert on our returns and warranty processes and are responsible for achieving our processing and customer satisfaction targets. You are accountable for processing returns, managing warranty claims, and problem-solving product and customer issues. It is your goal is to ensure that all customer returns and warranty claims are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible to provide the best possible experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the liaison between customers & manufacturers to resolve all warranty issues
- Ship or send pictures of products with warranty issues to manufacturers
- Track and follow-up with vendors to ensure the timely resolution of open claims
- Manage the flow of goods for special orders, products on-hold, and store orders
- Educate the retail team on warranty information and policies to ensure the correct information is relayed to customers on initial contact
- Assist other departments in the warehouse during busy periods

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing warranty claims is a definite asset
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset
- Previous experience in the powersports industry and/or knowledge of powersports parts preferred
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer and vendor conversations
- Organizational skills and able to manage conflicting priorities are essential
- High attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in computer use
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information
- This position reports to the Returns & Warranty Lead
- This is a full-time position, operating Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with occational overtime
- Steel toe, green patch work boots are required
