**Responsibilities**:

- PLC & HMI Programming and Troubleshooting
- Program, configure, and test Siemens PLC-based automation systems using TIA Portal, S7, and WinCC.
- Modify and debug HMI screens and control logic to match functional specifications.
- Support seamless integration of control systems with third-party equipment using Profinet, Modbus, BACnet, and related protocols.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Perform detailed FAT for automation systems, ensuring hardware and software compliance with design specifications.
- Validate performance and reliability of PLC programs, HMIs, communication networks, and control panels.
- Collaborate with engineers and programmers to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and detailed FAT documentation, test logs, and issue tracking.
- Update system drawings, electrical schematics, and code annotations based on field changes.
- Provide clear and timely status reports to the project management team.
- Electromechanical and Systems Support
- Support the commissioning and troubleshooting of motors, VFDs, actuators, and other electromechanical devices.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure proper system integration.
- Assist with wiring verification, I/O testing, and communication checks during installation and site commissioning.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, especially with TIA Portal and WinCC.
- Practical knowledge of data center infrastructure, immersion cooling systems, or HVAC controls is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with mechatronic systems, including motors, VFDs, and sensor-based feedback loops.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, BACnet).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting.
