**Service and Parts Manager - Tire & Auto Repair Shop**

**Location**: Kincardine, Ontario

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Pay**: $24-$30/hour (based on experience) + profit sharing, bonuses & benefits

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Mechanical Service and Parts Manager** to oversee daily Mechanincal shop operations, lead our service team, and deliver a top-notch customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise 2-4 mechanical technicians, managing workflow and technician efficiency
- Coordinate customer service and service writing functions
- Handle parts procurement, inventory control, and returns
- Manage invoicing, sales processing, and warranty administration
- Monitor labor productivity and technician time management
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and support compliance with internal procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

**What We’re Looking For**
- 4-5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
- Prior service advisor training and experience strongly preferred
- Former technicians with leadership potential will be considered
- Familiarity with **Costar** point-of-sale software is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset

**Hours & Schedule**
- 36-44 hours/week
- Monday to Friday, with **every other Saturday** shift required
