Barista/bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced drinks - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods - Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation - Operate coffee equipment such as grinders, espresso machines, and brewers - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and measuring ingredients - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
