**What our Partner Manager does**:
- Build relationships resulting in trust, increased engagement and satisfaction, growth, and joint success between Pagefreezer and our Partners as we both grow.
- Know the ins and outs and who's who at our referral partner organizations and strategic alliance, and know their goals and priorities, to uncover new ways to work together successfully.
- Connect and collaborate with partner account sales teams on opportunities and referrals.
- Achieve pipeline generation and referral targets.
- Create and execute a strategic, proactive plan to engage contacts to identify opportunities, promote awareness, answer questions, and negotiate successful partnership contracts.
- Building, improving, and delivering content and presentations (specifically, technical demos) to prospective partners.
- Delivering training to Partners to maximize success.
- Representing Pagefreezer at conferences and events.
- Generate and execute co-marketing strategies with partners and the Pagefreezer marketing team.
- Nurture partnership opportunities and accounts by using our tools, processes, and playbook.
- Your CRM is up to date and full of helpful notes.
- Keep Partners informed about the latest Pagefreezer news and releases that are relevant to them.
- Keep Pagefreezer leadership informed of market and partner news and events.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (like Product, Sales, and Marketing to start) to grow our Partnerships pipeline and accounts.
**What makes you a great fit**:
- Can ensure a positive partnership experience is achieved while also exceeding quotas.
- Past success in a SAAS partnership, business development, sales, or account management role before, responsible for delivering strategic revenue retention and growth with enterprise-level customers (Fortune 50 & 500).
- Comfortable with computers, software, tech, and IT environments
- Bonus points for knowledge of legal, compliance, or records management industries.
- Strong networker - you love people and people love you
- Entrepreneurial - you see opportunities for partnerships everywhere you look and can make them happen.
- Able to strategize account management, uncover opportunities, and close deals confidently.
- Know how to lead a partner through a complex negotiation to reach a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Strong communication and presentation skills live, over phone, written, or online. Adaptable and clear, no matter the technical knowledge, seniority, or number of stakeholders.
- Competitive with yourself - you love to learn new things, continuously improve, acquire new skills, and succeed
- Good at handling details using highly organized project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and other sales technologies (we use HubSpot), LinkedIn, and Zoom.
- Learns really quickly, without fear of failure or challenges. Open to coaching and feedback. Happy to adopt and improve our current processes or create solutions from scratch.
