We are looking for a skilled and dependable Construction Crew Lead to join or RM Building Solutions Division. The primary responsibility within this role would be the installation of residential brackets in preparation for precast concrete step placement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and transport brackets out to residential job sites
- Unload materials and equipment for install
- Perform installation in a safe and efficient manner
- Report on job progress and any problems or issues on-site
- Provide training, direction, and oversight for labourers
- Comply with PPE and safety requirements
- Attend safety meetings and perform incident reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Dependability and reliability
- Ability to utilize hand power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Concrete flat work experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with precast step installation (preferred)
- Mini hoe experience (preferred)

Hours of Work
Monday through Friday 8-10 hour days.

Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
