**Who Are We?**
We are a construction/renovation company who completes every element of a project from excavation to the finishing touches. This will include, (but not limited to) excavation, foundations, framing, insulation, drywall, mudding, flooring, finish carpentry, shingling, steel roofing, decking, and more

**Who Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for a positive team member who has a background in carpentry/framing. 1-5 years experience *This person can be independent on a job when left with specific tasks, or work well in a team.* This member must be eager to learn about other trades, and be self motivated to get the job done

**What Should You Expect?**
You will have full-time hours, a positive work environment, benefits, and even more perks that come in addition to your wage. We provide long-term work, and need a reliable team member. Almost all projects require a heavy amount of physical labour, therefore, the ability to lift 50 lbs or more, as well as the ability to stand for 8 hours per day is a requirement. Owning your own vehicle to get to job sites is also a requirement. We travel throughout the Niagara region.

**What Does the Pay Look Like?**
Your wage is strongly reflective of your experience. We are searching for someone that enjoys variety on-site. Ideally, we would like a team member 1-5 years of experience. These individuals will be considered more highly, and your pay will reflect.

**Days Off?**
Our team members have Saturday and Sunday off during the week.
